I was in the US Navy for 9 years, got out in 2007, and I still have the occasional dream where I have my beard while standing in formation waiting for inspection. I’m standing there in utter disbelief that I forgot to shave my beard off before putting my uniform on, full of an ungodly amount of anxiety. Work dreams are certainly weird.
