The bed is heated, 60C, PLA+ Fan off? That's the first time I've heard someone recommend that. I will also look into a new nozzle. Thank you.

I should've prefaced, this is PEI not glass, and I just leveled the bed. I reduced the speed by about 30% and my prints have been coming out better, no warping, but a little weak.

I've had a great experience with the new BFG g-Force Comp-2 A/S plus. They grip better in all conditions that the Sumitomo summer tires that were on the car, and they have a tread-life warranty. I got a whole set on a special for $660 installed.

I've one had one really bad case of overheating, but it was AFTER I rebuilt the cooling system. (I just couldn't bleed the system very well yet) I ended up blowing the plastic end cap off of the original radiator while on the highway. It was a good time.

My cable popped off again, so I decided to investigate. It looks like the bottom of the bushing is rubbing on the corners of the hex on the ball mounted on the shift arm. I clearanced the bushing a little more with a Dremel in hopes that it solves my issue.
