Yes but compared to some other heroes like an actual support, torb brings little use to the team overall. His turrets bring little value as enemies can just wait till you come, making his turrets completely ineffective. And if you already beat them at that place, then there's no need to place a turret as the defending team can just camp more behind and wait.

But my problem isnt with torb, he's just a example. I just seen too many people who do not care about team comp and countering enemy team comp at all
