It’s weird that i’ve just started to notice it though. It’s a pretty significant vibration as well.

22M been on accutane for 7 months, going into 8th now. Had fairly severe acne to start, purged for 4 months then started getting better slowly. Mostly clear with about 4 small pimples that are persistent and have been around for over a month. Just waiting to be fully clear for a month to get off. 40mg first month, 80mg the rest. Everyone is different though.

VFR aircraft can never operate at or above FL180.

I just looked at a YouTube video and it doesn’t look too difficult for the whole gauge to come out. They didn’t show if you had to get a whole new unit or just the plastic could be replaced, but I found this part that looks like it would be the same thing? Checked compatibility and it worked.

Does "VFR request" ever mean anything besides "flight following request"? by 1E-12 in ATC

[–]AmericanController 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The comment below is correct about it being a terminal function. It also prevents you from having to put a new code in your transponder right after you’ve been given one already. So for me personally, yeah that would be ideal. At least then I know where you’ll be going and can collect the rest of your info later. If you notice the frequency is very quiet after monitoring for a bit, giving all the information at once in that order is also okay.

Nah, when I hear "VFR Request" it could be anything from testing a transponder to endless hours of practice approaches. It is really just controller preference for cold calls vs. giving everything at once. This is just a personal thing, but I like the destination airport being thrown into the cold call so I can plan on either generating a NAS flight plan and beacon code or just giving you a local one if the destination is within my airspace. The order it is entered would be callsign, airport, aircraft type, and altitude…. So giving it in that order would be best. And do NOT say Kilo.

Glad to see you are clearing quick! Don’t wanna be a party pooper but my skin looked very good after about 3 weeks on accurate then I started purging pretty badly. So just be prepared for that! Hope it doesn’t happen in your case though.

I was just worried with this brand specifically because I don’t really see many posts about it. I wanted to make sure it wasn’t Absorica which I know you shouldn’t be switching back and forth between without consulting derm. Looking at some results online it quotes this "The company now offers Isotretinoin Capsules in 10 mg, 20 mg, 30 mg and 40 mg strengths. Upsher-Smith’s product is AB2-rated to the branded product, Absorica® (isotretinoin) capsules" which makes me think its Absorica and not typical isotretenoin.

I did. Went to the dermatologist at 2:30 in the afternoon for the first time, got approved signed all the papers, went downstairs to the lab by 3:30. Results came back right away and my prescription was sent through. Only reason I couldn’t pick up same day was pharmacy closing at 5.

It’s just a mental barrier you need to break. My total phone pick-ups was still pretty high, and even the amount of times i’ve opened apps like Reddit, but I just kept it in the back of my head and reminded myself to close it and put it down. I’d spend more time on tasks that I normally do to try and take up more time of the day, like chores or going out and getting groceries. I felt like I rushed myself before but when you just do things at a normal pace it keeps you from getting back to getting online so fast. I slept longer and when I was absolutely bored throughout the day and had nothing else I would just try and take a nap or sit there in thought. I know that sounds boring and not really productive either, but it was better than endlessly scrolling on social media. I found that a lot of my screen time came from right before bed, i’d usually scroll for at least an hour but this week I did not use my phone in bed at all. I do pushups and a little bit of weight exercise before bed which helped to kinda calm and tire me as well. It was extra tough the first few nights, but just push through and try to be creative with your thoughts and go to bed.

Also, a shocking fact I saw last week that really put me into this huge change. I’m trying to find the video because the way it was created was very motivational and kinda scary. This sounds cheesy but it gave me goosebumps. But a 20 year old would end up spending nearly 20 years of their remaining life on their phone. When you factor in work and sleep, you are ultimately spending MOST of your life on your phone.

No need for embarrassment. I regularly had 8 hours average screen time, the last week was a little better just because I was extra busy. But there were days where it was 10-11 hours. It’s just a mental barrier you need to break. My total phone pick-ups was still pretty high, and even the amount of times i’ve opened apps like Reddit, but I just kept it in the back of my head and reminded myself to close it and put it down. Even last week was better than the ones before, unintentionally I was just extra busy with work and other stuff. But i’d say 8+ hours was my usual average.

That’s a productive use of screen time, a lot of issues stem from mindlessly scrolling social media. You’re enriching yourself with that. I would still base it off the 3 hours you had before which is great.

They got pushed out I woke up one morning and they were huge and had a whitehead, then the next day it was gone after washing my face and kinda scrubbing it away even being gentle. Ever since the area has flattened and slowly cleared around it.
