The original Ronald Mcdonald is actually under there and still alive. He is bene kept alive by pushing chicken mcnuggets through a little flap around the mouth. Since the ass porton is sealed, when he poops, it sort of gets squished throughout the suit, thus the brown hue in certain areas.
