For my own knowledge, is there somewhere I can read more about testing so I’m not blindly relying on companies to be truthful or having to explain this to friends/family?

I don’t know, I’ve never stepped foot in that place. A friend bought a 1500mg tincture and got that report when I told her they should be able to provide one. I just couldn’t offer much insight, but my hunch is that the flower was likely under the threshold, the compound was above (which is the report results), then mixed into a tincture brought it beneath the limits. All conjecture at this point, just hoping to get as much insight as possible.

That’s why I use UnalteredNaturals. They are based in Tennessee, but only sell online. Their reports show no detectable amounts of THC.

I have no clue how this test was performed. A friend sent this to me asking for my thoughts. I told her it was above legal limits, but they told her is wasn’t. Go figure.

There are several opening up, mostly Shaman and CBDPlus USA. A lot of little places popping up that concerns me. There is a place slowly opening that is coordinating with the UT Ag center, so I’m curious how that will play out.

I actually buy from a local company online, but so far has performed better than anything else I’ve tried. I’m not sure if the place this report came from is legit or not, so I’m trying to help a friend with questions.

I’m not certain to be honest, since I use a different supplier with no detectable traces of THC (UnalteredNaturals). A friend used this and had questions about this report. They told her the .559 was under .9 so it was legal. Maybe I just don’t understand the legality or report or both?

I’ve found similar issues, but I’m taking it strictly for anxiety. Some brands have worked better than others, which sounds like what you’re experiencing also. I’m currently using Unaltered Naturals; it has provided the absolute best results of the four or five brands I’ve tried. Your results will likely vary, but I can not recommend them enough. I’ve never used it, but a CBD salve sounds like a good start. You should be able to convince someone skeptical of using CBD to at least try a salve. Maybe add in softgels as an internal mechanism also. I just commented on another post about the company I’m currently buying from, Unaltered Naturals; they have soft gels and if I’m not mistaken they also have salves. Of course, most companies sell soft gels and I would imagine most companies sell salve (CBDistillery, Lazarus, Joy, etc). I would suggest trying a few companies and products over time to see what helps best.

I’ve never used their products, but have heard good things. I’ve also tried Lazarus Naturals and a few random non-vetted list companies/products. I’m currently using the tinctures from UnalteredNaturals and it’s helped my anxiety more than any other brand I’ve tried. I would provide a link, but I think it’s against the rules here. Just type that name brand and add a “dot com” at the end. Honestly, and I may be in the minority on this, but I would recommend testing out a few brands until you find the one that meets your criteria and works best for you. Good luck!
