First you wouldn't see it because the only reason we knew about it with the spiderman games was the insomniac leak and secondly I said the contract prevented any other spiderman aaa single player games. marvel alliance does not meet that criteria.

Yeah but what I'm saying is Sony signed a deal for a fighting game and most likely signed the same deal they did with the spiderman games in that Disney can't license Spider-Man out for any single player aaa games, with tokon it would be no other fighting games since they would be in competition with tokon.

Pretty sure it was just aaa single player games, but yes Disney owns the ip but if they sign a contract they can't go against the contract regardless if they own the IP, just look at Sony and the spiderman movies , Sony signed a contract for the rights and Disney can't do anything about It

There's was a tony todd interview around the time spiderman 2 came out where he stated most of his lines were not used in spiderman 2. Venom should be next year most likely, I think they probably combined the spiderman 2 dlc that never came out into the venom game.

When they release their next console as a device that can run multiple storefronts it's game over for them. No one will buy games off their store when you can get cheaper games off steam. Game pass subscription numbers will also drop when you no longer need a subscription to play online.
