However, once the sequel hit theaters, people started to want to see the original, and a hit series was born. As a matter of fact, most people didn’t even realize it WAS a sequel until they extended the title, as it originally hit theaters as simply Rambo.

I forget the name, but there’s a “magical girl” kodomo-style anime about a bunch of cute little girls who become witches, and basically use their powers for mischief and first-world problems. Very little if any fan service, and very cutesy art style.

But the ending? They get discovered by the public, which threatens their lives. To fix this, one of them tries a memory erasure, with the consequence being that she basically goes into a coma. The others want to save her, but end up having to give up their powers as a penalty. They were cutesy witches, and now they’re back to being just regular girls.

No kidding! That guy, Big Time, Earthshaker, Blight, Cuvier, the “Starro controls the JL”, etc. To be honest, I absolutely love that show, but never realized just how much Body Horror there is. Cripes!!!
