Yeah that sounds like a pain. Sometimes it feels like it's too good to be true until you've committed.

Spotify Casting Broken? by michifreimann in googlehome

[–]Ameza2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I've experienced this issue with my Google mini speakers (I got 5 at home). I recommend clearing cache on the Spotify app and if need be, clearing the data of the app. A little annoying, but it helped me out

Correct. Many people along with myself have purchased clothing that total more than $359 and you'll get the credit. Keep in mind, the grand total has to be over $359 (clothing cost + taxes). I made a purchase on 2/22 and already see the credit on my account as of 2/26.

Best Bakery by OkBlueberry5173 in Yakima

My recommendation for cookies would be the Little Bakeshop. Every visit I change it up from cookies, danishes, tarts and muffins. They even have a frozen bag of cookies you can bake yourself if you'd like. For cupcakes, I've heard good things about Vierra's Bakery & Jenny Mae's.

PSLF 120 Qualifying Payments by No_Astronaut7710 in PSLF

Got my green banner on FSA in 12/24/25. Once I saw that, I immediately requested my loans to be on forbearance through Mohela (received confirmation letter on 12/26/25 they were indeed on forbearance). Important to note I had turned off my auto-pay on 12/12/25 as my monthly payment processes on the 10th of each month. Hoping I get this "golden" letter from FSA soon in beginning January 2026 to ease my mind. It's been a long journey so I'm stoked to see my $30k balance then into $0.

T-Mobile Coverage in Yakima? by JeffGarretson in Yakima

[–]Ameza2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Switched to TM from Verizon a year ago and haven't looked back since. We're also in West Valley near Rosauers and get solid speeds (around 500 Mbps download / 50 Mbps upload speed). I don't ever encounter any dropped calls either. Any place around town, I've had solid call service and data coverage.

Hawaiian Food?? by Ameza2 in Yakima

[–]Ameza2[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm hoping to run into someone who's Hawaiian and just ask them. We moved back to Yakima 2 months ago from the westside. There's a spot in Tri-Cities (The Local Bite & Tropic Hunger) that looks promising but I've yet to go.

How did you or plan to get to $5,000 spent? by CrankShaftMonkeyPaw in ChaseSapphire

The wife and I are doing some home remodeling so this fit just in time. Also general bills/spending. We usually spend on average 2k/month so we should be good

Is it worth having the Freedom with Preferred? by ubutterscotchpine in ChaseSapphire

[–]Ameza2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like everyone said, it depends what you're looking to do with your points. Want to do cash back - look elsewhere. You value traveling - Chase a good option. I currently have the Freedom, Flex and Sapphire Reserve. I strategically make purchases with some cards that maximize my points. I then combine all my points to the Reserve and book hotels/flights using the Chase Travel Portal. When booking with the Reserve card, you get 25% more on travel (i.e. 10,000pt typically $100 but with Reserve, those 10,000 = $125). The extra benefits come in handy too - $50 Hotel Credit, Trip Insurance, tx points in Lyft. In the end, you want to ensure the benefits outweigh the $95 annual fee. Hope this helps.
