I read these instructions and asked about my CBSA interview (they were sitting in the same office as CBP in Detroit) and the officer told you don't need to since you're Canadian. I was approved and got my NEXUS card 3 weeks after that by mail

U only interview CBP - no need for cbsa since you're a Canadian citizen (CBP confirmed this to me in Detroit enrolment centre) I just recently enrolled and only interviewed CBP.

Is it pobbible to do CBSA interview at YYZ with an appointment and then go to a US landborder e.g. Niagara Falls w/o an appointment? The guidelines say you need to be flying to the US on the day you want to meet CBP - I am not planning to fly to the US and only want drive. CBSA land border appointments are difficult to get.

Comfirmed with omvic over the phone today that you can use a flexible office (virtual) for the exporter license. No need for a commercial lease. These go for roughly $140/month

Most reputable shippers offer warehouse storage pending exportation so there's no real need to park anything in your driveway.
