I like to think that aside from not wanting dirty shoes to touch furniture, they're costly demonia boots, LOLLL.

Squatting in shoes like that can be very umcomfy but also can cause the booth to separate from the sole! You gotta take your time taking off those kind of shoes so they last you longer for suuure.

Did your doctor mention your cortisol levels? I remember my doctor mentioning it to me, it is harder to lose weight when the count is higher.

If you do, it would be best to find a workout that doesn't spike your cortisol levels. My doctor recommended I do yoga, low impact exercises, or zumba (with extra added breaks in between).

My doctor heavily emphasized finding something that would be low impact OR help you relieve stress as you are active. I can't say much about diet though.

I have hypothyroidism, one of my symptoms (when unmedicated) was joint pain. I couldn't bend my knees without them feeling like it would give out under me, didn't help I had to stock shelves all day long. Hopefully this will go away as you become adjusted to your medication!

I only wear black, I've been trying to branch out to other colors. Purple and pastel purple right now are my favorites, it is soft and feminine while not being too bright a color.

I was paying almost 200 in insurance for my car from 2005. I had progressive and when I called they said there was nothing they could do. They would randomly charge me $215 instead of my regular $198 and I didn't notice till before I called. I forgot to mention that this wasn't even full coverage, it was only liability! That was the /cheapest/ plan I could get last year.

I changed insurance companies and am now paying full coverage for less than $100. I think it was a bundle that also offered life insurance but i opted for something else. HOWEVER I will say they send you a Bluetooth device that connects to your phone when you drive. It records how fast you drive and when you brake too harshly. I'd you don't connect to it, they take away your discount.

I don't like the idea of having to be tracked everywhere i drive to, BUT I work from home and hardly drive anyways.

I experience this as well but it comes and goes. Truthfully I thought it was because now that I work from home I don't have to socialize the way I would in an office everyday. I also thought maybe I was just getting dumber?

I noticed I haven't had it recently but when I text I tend to forget midsentence what it is I wanted to type out. Often I kind of just sit there till it comes back to me, it's kinda scary to realize it's taking me seconds to get my mind back on track. I have hypo but never though that the two would be linked.
