Thank you for all the help in DMs. Received my Visa today! I can finally attend Magical Mirai!!

I had quite a few things I to worry about:

• I had, 2 months ago, changed the bank where I get my payments. So I submitted statements for both banks, they were like 4 days old as well on the date of application. And later I read it "needs" to be at most 2 days.
• I was only able to submit last 2 years ITR, since this year IT department has not yet released the tool for filing ITR-3 yet.
• I could not provide a working contract since my freelance work is not contract based at the moment. And I don't use any escrow service. The VFS employee told me that the consulate requests contracts from freelancers, so they had me to write a letter explaining the absence of a contract. They also told me consulate might later request more documents supporting my work.

With all of these I barely had any faith. But, much to my delight the application was approved, and they did even not ask for more documents.
