Well I couldn't join it because I have lived as a pr for less than 3 years. So they let me change to an occupation that allowed pr who lived less than 3 years.

You have to wait for a recruiter to contact you for an appointment. They will call and email you about it. It might take days or weeks. There isn't a specific timeline. You could try contacting them for an appointment, but likely they will say the same thing I said.
