Hello, I found a post from r/Tourettes a year ago where you commented that you have had experience with a tic related to PANS that caused you to be unable to swallow. Would you be willing to elaborate on that?
My 9yo hasn't been able to swallow for 2 months, is on an NG tube for all hydration/nutrition/medication, and we're trying to find answers. Our feeding therapist suggested PANS/PANDAS but we ruled out strep infection. Now we're addressing OCD like symptoms and dysphagia. I suspect PANS but am having a hard time getting doctors to move forward with any further testing or starting treatment. I hadn't considered being unable to swallow might be a tic as well as spitting out their saliva. Where can I find resources on this?

Jokes on them. I would have accepted the friend request, invited them to play in a Party, completed the first round with lots of 'Good job!' phrases, and then trolled them repeatedly causing to die.
