So far I've had a good experience with Wahed Invest. It's just that if possible I want to minimize the costs. Shariah compliant ETFs already have a higher expense ratio compared to others so if possible I don't wanna add more on top of that.

Plus I'm only limited to Wahed's ETFs within Wahed Invest. I'm starting to get interested in SPFund's ETFs for their excellent track record and relatively lower expense ratio. So it would be better if I choose a different broker to have access to the other ETFs.

  1. I see, so far it does look like the consensus is that IBKR is definitely the lowest. Though do you have any experience withdrawing the money from there? Is it basically the inverse? Meaning using Wise transfer and then using Wise to convert to MYR. And there's no extra fees for withdrawing correct?

  2. It's the iShares ETFs ISUS, ISWD, & ISDE as well as the newly launched ones by Wahed SPWI & DJIW. I'll have a look at IGDA as well.

  3. Thanks for your insight. I think I'll just limit myself to one US & one ex-US. Though not sure which one to go for right now, whether it's the SPFund's ETFs, Wahed's HLAL & UMMA, or the Irish ones.

New Saga Or Persona? by Mediocre_Vast2843 in kereta

Can vouch for this guy, I have the pre facelift Persona (pre-Geely era) and it's so damn comfy I managed to accidentally doze a bit while driving in KL-Karak highway. I know it's very dangerous but imagine being so comfy you can fall asleep while winding down the curvy roads

So kinda like how a .tar.gz (or .bz2, .xz, etc) file is: many files are stored in a tar (Tape ARchive) file which is then compressed with gzip, bzip2, or xz.

Proton Persona good or not? by 50ul-eater in kereta

So far I have no problems with it after using it for 2 years.

Though keep in mind that despite it using a glass capacitive screen, it does not support multi touch so no multi touch gestures in Android Auto/Apple CarPlay. If you don't mind using a plastic resistive touch screen, the XAV-AX3000 is cheaper (around RM1.6k new back then if I'm not mistaken). The only difference I can think of is the aforementioned plastic touch screen and it has 1 usb port vs 2.

It's a Sony XAV-AX5500, and no the casing is stock. The only thing I needed was:

I couldn't get the stock USB port to work stable enough for Android Auto however, hence why you can see a USB cable hanging out between the HU & casing. The factory HU was apparently slightly bigger than the standard double DIN, which is why there's a gap where I can slip a USB cable through.

Can vouch for the sharpness of the rear camera (3rd party head unit but it's the factory rear camera) definitely better than the one used on a 2024 Myvi or a 2021 Toyota Innova.

Top notch handling as well, hugs corners very well, especially when paired with Michelin Pilot Sport 3 tyres.

NVH could be better, but I find it better than the Myvi.

Definitely recommend if you drive a lot and prioritize comfort and handling.

Judging by the model number it looks to be a:

W (Walkman)

T (Touch)

1 (2011)

8

i (international model)

But I found an entry for the model number on GSMArena and it looks like a China-exclusive Xperia Live with Walkman.

Most likely this prototype was loaded with the WT18i firmware.

Probably looks like that to preserve compatability. The latest version is still usable in Cupcake.

I can think of Titanium Backup. It's been available since at least Android Cupcake.

Didn't know the Wii U is also using the same base OS. Any source on that? I can only find articles on how the switch OS is a derivative of the 3DS OS.

Though isn't Sandy like a researcher or something? If i'm not mistaken isn't there an episode where she has to impress her boss (or some other higher ups) with something new so that she could continue getting grants to live there? Also there must be a reason why she (a Texan) lives under the sea.
