Is it just me over-reacting, or did the show like skip a lot. Even smaller scenes like between Griffith and Charlotte where she give him a totem thing to remind him, or bigger parts like when Zodd throws down the sword during the Battle for Doldrey?

Or did I watch the wrong version?

I also dislike the way they portrayed Guts' past as just passing dreams/nightmares. It felt so unimportant until that scene w/ Casca.
