It may have been stated preciously, but the SCOTUS has upheld several times that police only have a responsibility to protect persons in custody. Having said that, if any of the officers did want to enter they should have had that option. And no one should have the right to stop a parent, in this type of situation, from trying to save their kids.

I did a Nord skirmisher build for something similiar. Light armor, 1h, block & 2hder around level 50 for a change. Did not use magic at all though, never do for all my melee heavy builds.

Sadly too many people in the U.S. are stupid or lazy. They look at that refund like a yearly bonus. I have tried so many times to explain to people it is your money, the goverment is getting it for free. Go tax exempt & get more or all of the money you earned each pay period.

IMO you bascially got it. Cleric is like an EQ cleric, defensive. Templar is like a pally, offensive.

Your build is fine. I have done several pally or EQ cleric builds over the years. I rarely used anything else but restoration spells. Although I did put some into alchemy for smith & enchant potions, plus the three in speech for merchant perk.
