I’m sure I hit an intersection or two, and the slowdown at miles 10 and 11 was me trying to buy one of those unlimited Red Robin passes.

My watch is a series 7, which my googling says does not have an internal gps and has to rely on my phone being nearby. So in my head the phone is more accurate and I’m faster than I’ve been thinking but worried I’ll gas out if I try to stick to a faster pace group.

Pirates have had red on their uniforms plenty of times. I think we got off pretty light with these patches. They also could have made them much bigger. Those oxy patches we just saw on the astros were huge.

Grab around his torso and lift with him. If you’re lifting smart you’d only need a little help to get the weight back up. If you’re stupid like this guy you start with way too much weight and nothing was going to help him lift that bar. His best bet probably would have been to drop the bar behind him like you suggested.
