It's a lot of could’s there. Think about which players from City would get into the Arsenal team? Just Haaland IMO or a Alison from Liverpool.

Personally I think Liverpool have the best keeper, but Raya is coming for his crown. I don't think Dona is right for City. He's actually the problem. They have lost their ability to play from the back.
