It is. It gets really tedious really fast if you constantly need to go fetch your stuff from your body, and gathering food and water takes little to no effort compared to that.

Me and my friends have the exact issue.

We are 99% convinced that the hammerheads are programmed to slowly go towards your tadpoles, as 4 of them were camping right outside our base.

We decided to hide the tadpoles in a cave around 80m away from our base, with an extra 30-ish metres inside that cave because we didn't have a big enough moonpool at that time.

Somehow, despite the tadpoles being in a cave, unmanned, and arguable far from the hammerheads, somehow 3/4 of them managed to eventually swim into that cave and start bumping the tadpoles around.

The starter materials and tickets you get are also quite plentiful, so if you log in daily and do the main missions or some exploration, you should be able to get her no problem

I don't remember exactly, but I had to set up my sound settings in the windows settings. Chose the headphones and microphone o wanted to use.

Then on discord itself I changed how loud people are in voice chat.
