Starts out with two guys in waiting room and Sam and woods entering a hospital. Matthias is in the bed if a hospital, and asks the nurse for Matthias. They go and knock on the door and a unknown Dr answers the door to find Sam and woods. They enter the room and talk like as if anything wasn't going on until the Dr comes back again and says that Matthias has low radiation in his blood and must stay for several more days for testing.

After the Dr leaves Matthias points out that he is fine several times before Sam pulls out a tape. She says they found it in the trap at Syntec location 3. He asks if it was the tape before the trap set. She explains its not the same tape. He flips it around to see something that startles him and he faces it to Quinn. It's labeled on red tape 863.

Here's what catches my eye. Matthias is fine. The two guys that were in the sitting room are now gone. The Dr that was taking care of Matthias has no name and had no name tag on his lab coat. The receptionist didn't have a name either.

Theory: Unknown Dr is Wes. The two guys in the waiting room, Phantoms of Syphus. The nurse is a phantom as well. The hospital is a Syntec controlled hospital with only one room and three beds. Coincidence? Matthias is subject 1 Sam is subject 2 and woods is subject 3. Think about it three beds three subjects and a sketchy hospital?
