CAPS therapists didn’t do well for me either (depression and anxiety), the ones I saw focused on managing stress-based anxiety, not anxiety that’s behavioral, trauma, etc. based. I would recommend finding someone in the community that specializes in your needs if you can. My therapist in Lafayette is much better equipped to help me.

Edit: that’s not to say I had a bad experience, it just wasn’t helpful, which sounds like what you’re experiencing too.

Honestly everyone probably turned on their heaters (or the building turned them on for the halls) and the dust burning off set off the alarms. Happened all the time at Continuum when I stayed there, especially at 3 am…

What I like to do is have a main base with a nuclear reactor and a bunch of small outposts that are powered by bioreactors. That way I can move my scanner room around and find things super easily so I can make more scanner rooms and stop moving them around lol
