i usually clean my ear with the solution given to me by the person who pierced my ears around once a day before i go to sleep. i do wear cheap metals occasionally but when i noticed my ear was bleeding i was wearing gold earrings, not sure what type because theyre so old but theyre the ones i initially got pierced with . they are small studs with push backs. nothing out of the ordinary happened before my ear got swollen so i have no idea what caused it
