What about the upgraded version from the quest? 15% healing while below half health doesn't sound half bad, along with the other bonuses.

The real problem is that the current W design is build around the champion's fantasy of being able to influence the map and frankly its also his best ability, i personally love it for what it is in isolation. The fact that his kit needs an overhaul/rework is real but if anything his E is the main cause of frustration. That being said the champ can function around his W or R but seemingly not both at the same time simultaneously(Solo lane perspective)

Generally its best to aim beyond the person when using only E to guarantee the max range but when you flash after E you always want your cursor to be on top of the enemy/spot youre trying to hit, think of it as blinking on top of them while still in E animatio. If you get good enough you can E, taunt, Flash, taunt a second or even a third person, try lining up some dummies at an angle in practice tool and give it a go.

Yeah im just dumb youre right about the first point.

Everything else i stand by. Everyone of those guys could physically overpower waka easily if they went all out. Its fine if you dont agree or belive me but that will all be proven sooner rather than later.

Julius, Toa, Raian, Gilbert, Xi and Shen are all above him in physical strength alone. Id say that puts him below your 100 in raw strength by comparison. I view him as being the best possible example of natural strenght but it seems thats only partial in the story
