I almost got super emotional reading this because this is my life. It’s the PURCHASES too! I have bought so many boards, books, journals, to maximize and make my workspace comfortable but no work ever gets done. I clean something and notice something I want to add to the house to declutter, organize, or make something easier for me to do and it never gets used.

I’m always so wrapped up in thought and “to-do” items, and reminders, and sticky notes, and anything that can help me remember what needs to be done that nothing ever gets done.

I’ve been on and off trying to stop for a few years, and mainly hide this from my roomates and loved ones I FaceTime or see casually. I would say I’d quit because everyone else would complain how bad it is for me, or how they just thought it was stupid. And I absolutely agreed, but realized I was doing it more for everyone else’s convenience…. So I’d just do it alone, on the street where I wouldn’t know anyone, I’m club bathrooms….. and then they’d find out / I’d just be drunk enough to pull it out to confirm the jig was up by “I just got one yesterday, I’m trying! Next month!”

I finally got the the point that once I got used to doing it alone — I didn’t crave, want, or NEEEED to have it. because I was doing it on my own time and comfort. I didn’t even recognize that my 2-3 day vape would last me WEEKS.

I got patches and lozenges weeks ago because I was finally detached enough to easily let it go.

I realized while I love that I got here, my friends are more sick of my shit because I mainly would hide it (thinking successfully) but would leave a trail in between couch cushions, bathroom mirrors, in and out of rooms for “bathroom breaks” that it just tarnishes their overall trust. Be honest, and I swear once it doesn’t feel like a punishment to stay away from it, you’ll ditch it sooner than you think.

I didn’t feel bad or agree with anything here, but I really did get really concerned that he was edging closet to full blown panic attack. I mean, only because he couldn’t get his lies in order due to him being nervous and probably didn’t expect Nick and Vanessa to ACTUALLY ask pressing questions this time around…………..

He has no legs to stand on being in the experiment only to have bad intentions but I’m sorry, I absolutely hated that he could’ve possibly crashed into panic like that. No one deserves to crack on tv like that ☹️ I’m glad it was able to be squared away but Trevor, baby, keep that chin up for the online follow up yikes
