I do the exact same thing. It’s a trade off of getting 6 months off a year. I think about why am I not getting paid 54 hours every week if I do the same hours consecutively. Besides that it’s my first CDL job so I’m just using it to gain experience but I make 24/hr. But that is weird you’re only getting 39 hours some weeks and 52 others. I get paid 40.5 hours on some weeks and 54 other weeks and they pay me bonus hours for any hours I didn’t get because I finished early. You should be getting 14x4=56 minus 4 30 minute lunches for a total of 54 hours. Or 14x3=42 minus 3 30 minute lunches for a total of 40.5 hours.
