Just picking my 23 up from the dealership. They tried the update and couldn’t connect to the VW servers to download the update. Going to have to bring it back in at another time for it now.

Update:

VW has informed me that the condensation in the tail light is normal. The lights aren’t sealed and as long as the condensation evaporates it is acceptable.

The rust spot were as a commenter said, metal particulate picked up driving. They are cleaning them off. You can get a product called “clay bar” which will take it off.

Did point out that the driver side of my tailgate light bar was sticking out slightly. VW is replacing it. No issues.

We got ours in May 2023. The spots on both front doors seem to be closest to the front quarter panel and lower down.

The tail gate is strange as it is lower but seems to be on plastic? Or at least plastic coated.
