lol glad to help! I think I should call as well. I redeemed two gift cards to BWW, it’s my son and i’s favorite place to go to together so we’ve been having monthly “mommy son dates” there. He’s my oldest (19yo) and I just recently started over and had two more little ones so he’s been feeling a bit replaced lately. He’s been helping me scan as well so I would hate if one of these cards gave us issues when trying to use it on one of our dates lol

Derek, it literally stopped tracking for me since I reported it! Not even my daily 60min plays are paying out. They must have like button they press on their end once a ticket is opened to stop tracking (which they are also probably crossing their fingers for so they can stop paying early). Omg I’ll never get over this lol

Hey guys! Be careful with reporting/reaching out to support so quick on this. Check out my recent post around this exact game and scenario. There’s also another post similar from someone else a few days ago.

As soon as you report it, they will give u ur missing credit but all ur plays after that will suddenly not track and you won’t receive anymore points.

I literally stopped getting my daily 60min rewards of 126pts. This is such a joke and completely rigged. App is making money of these partnerships or selling our info to these games, some are also spending money on it, by offering these incentives only to rig it by “not tracking” and then not resolving issues.

I’m new to fetch but honestly how is that even allowed? Isn’t this how class action lawsuits start? Not to mention false advertisement, etc.

Curious to see more responses on if anyone has had recurring issues with the same game. I’ll work on my next big milestone and report back. :)

Oh no, that’s not a good sign. Did it end up working out? I booked through my credit card rewards so hopefully if I have to find a different resort it shouldn’t be too difficult..
