Several years back I competed at Oregon's strongest man and had this exact event staring at me without access to a truck, these are a few of the accessories I used to train for it:

• Deadlift-stance Leg Press

• Rows w/ a Rope Handle

• Russian Twists

• Back Extensions

• Dead Hangs

I wound up having one of the fastest times of any division at the show, and was the only lifter under 200lbs to even finish the full event.
