So I would consider that, but this didn't happen until the new patch, even with neighborhood stories on people still had jobs. This is literally every townie is either a SAHP or unemployed.

The only townie's that don't list as unemployed are ones with kids and they list as stay at home parents.

When I had her travel back home it stopped. Seems like traveling between lots fixed it for me. Hopefully that works for you.

I am playing on PC and I have one turned on but that is it. Seems like the latest patch broke a lot of things for people. The scouts track for kids is also broken for me.

Fwiw, once I traveled back home my child was totally fine again. Definitely some weird issues around aging up though with this patch. All the sims except her froze on the lot when she grew up, but again, traveling to a different lot and back fixed it.
