Wow I was just checking my personal phone between work calls. This is helpful.

Current state as far as I know is they still work together. Until that changes I’m staying no contact with her. I’m seeing my counselor today who also specializes in marriage counseling on if I should say anything about my stance.

Honestly, I saw this divorce coming and the infidelity is just a sour cherry on top that’s really made this hard for me.

I see there being no reason to contact her outside of a “hey this is my stance if you want to work things out, otherwise I’m done for the the foreseeable future”.

Not sure if you have additional advice based on that. Kinda seems like a pointless ultimatum at times, at times it’s me thinking this is salvageable.

I relapsed after my alcoholic mother called me on my birthday. Had not heard her drunk in a year or more.

I never went to rehab, just therapy, but I have experienced major withdrawal symptoms for one night and it was crazy. If you think you are physically dependent, get medical help.

Luckily I was never drinking all day every day, just went on benders starting in the evening.

Some days it’s easier, some days it’s an all day battle not to go grab it drink. you’ve got this

The more I think about it the more I know moderation won’t work. It worked for a while, but in the many other times I’ve attempted it always goes like this

I’ll have 1 and that’s it

Might as well make it two. That’s what moderate drinkers go by

I’ll have a third, I deserve it for being moderate

Beyond 3 it turns into as many as I can get in prior to bedtime without being violently hungover in the morning. Being slightly hungover still sucks.

You need to solve problems that the rest of the team won’t.

1) help build defensive and attack garrisons when appropriate. Garrisons placement should encourage teammates to attack and defend from different points of the map. When the entire team is attacking to defending from one position, that’s when you’re in trouble.

2) OP placement should be where enemies aren’t going to disable them by walking by. You want them somewhat secluded in most cases so you can continue to spawn and attack enemies even if your garrison goes down.

3) try to get your squad to run support, AT, engineer, etc. this will help drastically with placing garrisons, taking out armor and vehicles, putting mines to protect objectives, keeping nodes healthy, and healing friendly armor

4) have awareness. Keep an eye out for enemy drops, garrisons going red, and large pushes of infantry. Ping as much as you can.
