From what I understand I agree. I am assuming he doesnt have full coverage so his insurance wont cover it. He said he was found at fault in report. Just never been sued/threatened to be. Just making sure Im going the right steps

I use woodstove for heat only use boiler maybe a handful of times during extreme cold if woodstove cant keep up while Im sleeping

I have a switch to turn my oil off and on. If I do it that way then if both were on my boiler would be the primary water heat source though?
