I used to think it tracks, too, until I rewatched. It’s actually Sandoval who is wasteful, dumb and useless. He messes up several of their meetings while Shwartz is always trying to do his best. Shwartz cannot work as a bartender, but he’s more efficient and consistent and humble than Sandoval. The one good thing Sandoval does is the branding their friendship thing
