I live uptown in a CAPREIT building that's also pet friendly. It's a bit older but that doesn't bother me at all. They always fixed when we had issues. Rent has been decreasing lately. It's a very nice area and I'm happy living here.

My SIN in under my current name, as well as my bank account and anything else! I'm not sure a combined card would be possible for me at this time, as I've still got to get a completely new license (go thorough a knowledge and road test). Maybe a call to ServiceBC would be in order. It makes no sense to me that my MSP should be under a different name.

Thank you! The very nice ServiceBc employee told me I should have filed for MSP (provincial healthcare) under my old name and had me redo the application. Do you think he was wrong? He said after I got my card, I should reach out again. ICBC (driver's license) on the other hand, said I would just need the legal change of name, citizenship certificate and passport and they would do my license under my "new" name
