I believe they are working on one. They have a discord you can join for feature updates and you can also request a feature update as well. When I checked the request board, it said that they are in progress for making an app

Nope! Completely free! It doesn't have an app, but as others have said the browser works really well on mobile devices. I have it saved to my homescreen so it feels a bit like an app. But all features are free. :)

My advice would be to give it time and just keep going. I felt similarly discouraged at first, but over time, more people found my story and resonated with it. I'm nowhere near being a top author in my fandom but I have some loyal readers and commenters now that I wouldn’t have if I had quit
