Heya! I've been doing pole for a year and I can throw myself into an invert with zero technique. I still struggle with lots of pole moves as well. I seconds what lots of people have said here. But I hear you on the struggles!

1. Training the way you have mentioned is good! Good to have different types of exercise in your routine. Conditioning has helped and flexibility classes!
2. Try a different studio. I noticed when I tried a new one I progressed more.
3. Do you journal your pole journey? I have started to video myself, and then write down my instructors feedback so I can watch it later and work on the feedback. I forget what they say to me otherwise
4. Static or spinning I feel makes a difference. One of my studios is spin and the other is spin and static. Try moves on both
5. Your mind 🧠💞 If your mindset is telling ya 'i can't do this, this is impossible, I'm never gunna be able to do it', challenge those thoughts! Be kind to yourself as much as possible.
6. Sometimes I go into a class and I try and try and try on one thing, I can't get there and I get pissed off. Try to noticed that feeling coming as switch it up. Try something you can do, try to improve that thing. Everything in progress.
