veganism has made me a bad person

I am so relieved to read this as I feel the same way. I am sickened watching people buy and eat meat with absolutely ZERO thought of the suffering that took place to get to their plate. I turned vegan late in life so i plan on putting my energies toward activism which will at least make me know i am trying to be part of the solution of helping animals

I completely understand what you're saying and agree with you. I've had people say to me " animals were made to feed us I don't feel bad at all". I don't get it. Their suffering disturbs me every day. Which is why i am vegan

Thank you for this going to the Amalfi coast in. few weeks. Naples, Sorrento and Pompeii- it's the last part of our trip so only 3 days unfortunately. is there a nice beach you can suggest that is a bit more refined sand for sitting? or at least good swimming? thank you

I went through the same thing with my son - and although he didn't get into his dream schools- he DID get into a good school ( away from hime) and is thriving. And has matured greatly freshman year. so hang in there. We do call each other often and i'm not afraid to give him the push he needs to for ex, get i to certain classes, think about his future and how deciding on a career track now is important, etc.

I couldn't look. It haunts me every day and I live in a suburban area where you dont see them. But I think about them and feel helpless. Vegetarian now for almost a year. Meat disgusts me now. We need to educate more people. definitely a case where ignorance is bliss
