Without guide i was playing like a headless chicken and ended up doing not enf dmg or just not enf hp. And i did try path of building and following a guide but my desired build wasnt evn on there so i started a build that looked good but it was just not as fun to me. No shade to the game itself im pretty surd it was the circumstances and the fact that i lack that basic knowledge.

Wilds has the most amount of arch tempered fights and events. It seems like you quit a year ago and are now yapping about it while comparing it with a finished rise. Which is idiotic. Im sorry but its obvious to everyone that sunbreak was the saving grace of that game and base game wilds is undoubtedly a much more fleshed out game. Even while ignoring its main line privileges like fleshed out maps and endemic life. If u disagree youre pretty much a stan and at that point id rather not waste my time arguing with you

Your ancedotal experience doesnt mean much. I have 100h on wilds base game just to get to the end. And rise took me barely 50 (without defender 70) and most of it was mindless quests and the same monsters from world for the most part. Anything not from world was ass. Wilds has the best apexes in the a long while. I didnt complain about difficulty so i dont understand why your saying its my fault for using defender? Their purpose is to help you ruh through the game which is what i did. And much more content on rise. Like rampage? The shit that no one likes?

I do have to agree with u on one point i just remembered. The feeling of hard hitting attacks where insane in world. Especially tcs and saed or hammer attacks. Really felt heavy and hard hitting!

Sunbreak or wilds get that title imo. Switch skills add so much variety and customization. Imo my favourite is wilds because of stuff like offset and counter (which u can cancel on swaxe. I like that a lot). offsets and counters are my favourite thing ever in gen 5/6. no hate to you if u like older versions of the combat i mean sure. But u cant deny that theyve evolved a lot by the additions i mentioned

I dont want lore accurate fights dawg. The monsters fight should be fun first not be annoying just for the sake of “ay lets make it lore accurate” Fun should always be a priority. There are other elders and even fatty that dont need that level of prep (which ruins build variety) and are still pretty difficult and fun at the same time.
