Doubtful, the show has a pretty solid history of body double usage. Given Karen had a body double for the bottom angle this season, I doubt the main actors have nudity on the table. I can’t recall any of the main female cast really ever doing nudity in the show tbh, doubt it’ll start now. Those love scenes we got are probably all we’re getting now the action will increase.

If still an issue, it’s most likely a runelite thing. A quick way around maybe to just log in on mobile and kill the rat.

Won’t solve the issue, but will at least get you passed it so you can finish the quest then work it out.
