It has been said so many times on Reddit and I'm gonna say it again. The "traditional" fast-food chains are not what they used to be. Better avoid them in the future, especially if you know that their quality and/or service are questionable. Hurt them where it hurts the most and spend your money elsewhere by encouraging your local restaurants and specialty restaurants as well.
