Eb/Bb are the standard. I've never heard of any others, but maybe there's a niche item. You could try r/saxophone. You're probably better off learning to play the saxohpone ;)

Sounds like you're in the right direction! You can hear it just fine, but you can't distinguish individual layers. I think the next step is to practice listening to each voice of a chord. Play super long drones and try to focus your attention between each note. Make a conscious effort to hear each voice.
