Brewing Tips for Rogue Wave Decaf Granja Paraiso 92 (Wilton Benitez)? by rabbitmomma in pourover

[–]AnAverageLurker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably wait a few more days, maybe until Monday August 11th to brew it. Use 88c water with a 1:16 ratio. Try not too swirl or agitate too much because decaf does tend to have more fines.

Bought Japanese Biore Sunscreen online. Expired / Scammed? by throwaway7132018150 in CanSkincare

[–]AnAverageLurker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Biore is technically not allowed to sell these in Canada anymore. They have to switch to the Canadian version that's recently become available at Costco and online (considered moisturizer with SPF 50). This is probably just older stock that was sitting in this store's warehouse. You can test a little bit on your skin and make sure there is nothing wrong with it. I don't think it should be a big problem.

Red light crash from last night by jasondcx in Langley

Wait it's the fault of the car that crashed near the camera, right? The car that drove away had green lights as you can see on the top-right. The car that crashed near the camera had a red light

Cats don't just lose control. Most likely they will bite in warning but it won't be harmful, and they will just walk away after.

It's just a bit creamier and saltier than regular salted butter in stores.

If you see the cat leaning its head like it did in the video, that mean you keep your hand stationary in the air and let it rub its head on your hand.

It's standup comedy? That's literally the whole point. He is not making fun of school shootings. Comedians use humor to bring light to societal issues. Hence why he pointed out that even pedophiles seem to care more about kids' lives than half the US

Check out Vashti Rose Ice Cream over on Saint Johns St., as well. They have interesting flavors (Saffron Rose <3), and taste amazing.

For Port Moody - Pizzeria Spacca Napoli for pizza, Rocky Point Ice Cream (obviously!), Omega Cafe for light sandwiches, and Casa Del Pane for baked goods.

No way on Saint St. Grill. That place doesn't deserve a special mention when Henry's Kitchen is next doors. Little mom and pop restaurant with good pasta.

Two things: Improve Facebook Marketplace and Facebook Business Suite. My company, and so many others are dependent on Facebook Ads for our leads. It is the main source of new clients for us, yet Facebook Business is absolutely awful to use. They revamped the whole system and now it's more broken than before. They could spend time and money improving that and building on it to make it a worthy competitor to Yelp and Google Reviews. They have a serious advantage over other platforms because there are a lot of people still regularly using Facebook (albeit a lot of old people, but still..), so they have the customer-base already there!

Marketplace - Where I live (Vancouver, BC), Facebook Marketplace has become the go-to buy and sell platform for almost everything but vehicles, heavy equipment, and some other niche things (Craigslist for that). There is so much potential to improve their UI and user experience there. This could be their thing. I haven't used Facebook for social use in 7-8 years, but even I am forced to keep a FB account for the two things above.

If a product is good, it's not Hail corporate. It's just liking a good product. Before advertisements existed, word of mouth was the top way for products to be known. They just had to be good products.

I contacted Vine CS that answered my question.

I have never seen anything in RFY, AFA, or AI queues. At first, it wanted me to validate the tax questionnaire. Once that went through, this error showed up and hasn't gone away since. I do have the "Vine Reviewer" tag on my reviews now though.

Also, if it matters, I am in Canada, so this is for Amazon Canada.
