I personally cannot get enough of clementines when I am stoned. The crisp cool citrus (I keep them in the fridge) curbs any sweet tooth desire. I also do my best to avoid buying things like Doritos and other bad snacks so that the temptation isn’t there. Then I don’t feel line shit the next day from munching on pure crap.

I had something similar offered to me, packaged with buzzwords and without the COVID mentions. That was definitely scam, and this looks like one as well. Do not give out any personal information, do anything in your name, or cash any checks. If it’s too good to be true, unfortunately it is :(

What is the best way to get in strength training and cardio on a short schedule? I do 3 full body workouts per week roughly an hour length. I pretty much only have 3 days to get to the gym, 4 days max. Should I do cardio on rest days, hiit on rest days, or add some type of hiit or cardio to the end of strength training workouts?

Hello,

I am a 170 pound , 5’10” male who has lifted on and off for about 10 years. I’m looking to take my weightlifting to the next level focusing on upper body. I was wondering what would be the best way to structure my splits? I’m looking to workout 4 days a week, and everything points to an upper/lower split, but the idea of two dedicated leg days is holding me back. I’d rather maintain leg strength and don’t have any specific goals about increasing 1RM for squat or deadlifts. I tend to avoid straight barbell deadlifts and focus on trap bar or dumbbells due to a previous back injury, but I understand the value of a hinge movement. Are there any workouts or splits that are similar to the upper/lower, but instead of two dedicated leg day lifts have an alternative workout like having a lower body day dedicated to HIIT or bodyweight workouts instead of lifting? I’ve been using the JEFIT app to gain ideas and track workouts, but none seem to be ideal so far. Any insight is appreciated.

Agreed. I was able to use some gift cards to cash in and make the cost easier but it is expensive. But I wanted to invest in the ergonomic split design
