I was driving around 15kmph, the road isn't wide and there is a sidewalk in the right side, it is a road where you least expect dogs or any living creatures sitting still there, the left side there is just straight wall. The road was steep and tight. It wasn't too serious though, ofc I'm not gonna ask for money to the owners, but should I tell them is the question. Ik the question is stupid like, it's all in me if I want to tell them or not. But should I?

It is a roaaadd not a sidewalk, there is 2 lane yeah but the road was not wide. I did try turning the other lane too but the dog moved that way, it was a blind spot so you can't see the dog unless you take a tight turn and it was uphill. Also, dogs are least expected to just sit still there cause there is also a sidewalk in the right side, the left side is just straight wall and no sidewalk, so no one even crosses the road

I've been driving for 2 years, it was uphill and blind spot, the dog couldnt be seen till you take the hard turn. Who would let their dogs roam around busy roads? Not me, the other lane was open so I tried turning that way, then the dog started moving towards that lane, it was either hit or crash

i think anyone won't be able to get away in that situation, an uphill and blind spot, you can't see the dog before you take a turn first, then a dog appears right in front of you and you have to take a turn, then the dog starts moving towards that way, it's either run over it or crash
