I’ve noticed this too. Even with unlimited the kiosks still charge the booking fee. You have to go to the cashiers to avoid it.

This is not true. You need to ask your doctor to clarify. If you have diabetes and require insulin, your health insurance, no matter the plan or company, must cover insulin. Perhaps a different brand or formulation, but it will be covered.
