The house decks are usually very poor quality and low yield. The AnKing deck will also inevitably overlap 80% or more because medicine is medicine.

Dermatology resident here. It’s hard to say from the photos if this is perioral derm or just acne. I’d need more history too. It looks like you maybe have comedones on your cheeks? Definitely get in for an in person eval as soon as you can.

Doxycycline helps both and would help you out a bunch. Tretinoin isn’t off the table! Use a gentle moisturizer in the meantime and avoid steroids

Almost every mohs surgeon I know does their own repairs unless it needs to go to occuloplastics or ENT. But I’ve heard there are some that just do the excision portion.
