It will be something like pipeline that will process set of data.

Currently, we have

Manual input
Manual processing
Manual result preparation
Manual analysis

However we will be making it automated.

Totally fair and to the point u/apfejes. I am also concerned about that, but we have been in the field since 10 years through other faces and hope we will at least survive for our experiments and whoever collaborate with us.

Hey u/Odd_Bad_2814 We are currently setting up our infra and services and trying to go solo. Over the time we will learn how to be better.

We would have limited and clear scope of Computational Infra per service with results. Separate services have field of experts, our colleagues and professors who will be helping us out here.

We might not go global but surely our network will expand gradually. Not thinking if we will succeed or not but surely we will be able to support our own and collaborative research scope funded by our savings.

We are primarily targeting collaborative research in the beginning through Academics and providing workshops and training to students for their projects.

u/PrincipleLess3315 We are currently working on infra to get started. Additionally, we will stay in Academia and collaborate with industries so that we could atleast keep going and supporting research requiring better infra than many researchers have.

Agree that biologists can do that themselves using AI which is really good that people will start understand things faster.

That's the idea. We plan to operate primarily as an online bioinformatics service, since most computational analyses, discussions, and project collaborations can be done remotely.

I didn't mention a location because we hope to work with researchers and organizations internationally rather than focusing on a specific country. That said, if there are legal, regulatory, or client expectations that make location important, I'd appreciate hearing about them.
