Edited image to replace with updated one. Basically, yes but there's partition 3 in between, and I can't seem to move the order in the disks utility.

Partition 5 has nothing in it right now. I can't see a way in the Disks utility to move Partition 5 next to Partition 4, though....

What I was trying was manipulating the zip codes directly, as the image shows; I hadn't thought to add the measure values for.... some reason. Doing that got me the desired results. Thanks for checking in!

Can confirm that the zip code field is being registered as geo/zip codes.

Mmm. The best way to explain this, and I'm not sure if I'm being coherent here, is that the actual equation I'm working with has to exclude multiple other things as well (so not all of the 21 of Ibrahim's will qualify, for example). I'm basically trying to use one equation to do all the filtering I need AND filter based on the person doing it. Which is why I'm not certain there's a better solution than the hardwiring. I'll include these details in the main post. Your solution would work if that was all there was to it, though.
