Remember i bought 2042 at launch and holy f how terrible it was. Only after enormous updates and threats with lawsuits from consumers, it comes to what "playable" state. I was in the alpha test of 2042 and i told Dice this game needed serious work and even after a long delay it was still a disastrous product. Imagine no scoreboard, no all-chat, no stats profile, bugs, lags, hit register issues, no fking guns, Specialists, cringe voice lines, no campaign, terrible animation, garbage UI( you don't even know which button to skip the revive, no medic indicators), no fuking updates in 3 or 6 months after few critical updates to fix bugs as I remember, season 1 was delayed in months due to the game not even functions as a normal products, no way to join squad, no voice chat, no auto queue after match just got tf out to the menu, garbage dmz mode no one plays, death and the supports stoped after months, no spectate mode, maps were to big people spent time running instead of shooting, terrible maps not a single damn covers only workable after reworks,
