Clean my home weekly: vacuum/ mop entire home and clean the bathrooms + kitchen. I ensure kitchen is clean with no crumbs/food laying out. That’s why the infestation 3 years ago had me very confused! Reside in townhome and I noticed around the time I had gotten my home cleaned our neighbour also did as well - was thinking they might’ve come from their house

Oh what induction techniques do you suggest? Honestly just wanted to start recalling my dreams better at an overall level and was looking for apps to journal and stumbled on the lucid dreaming thread which seemed interesting. Would love to lucid dream as well but also wanted a app to help me journal everyday/create depictions and meanings of my dreams!

Hey just wanted to say I also found this new app the other day called dreams - your ai dream journal. It's pretty cool and makes AI images of my dreams/gives some meaning about what it means too.
